The Night Is Young...

Five days until my birthday *gulp* I'm dreading it with every day that brings it nearer!

I keep trying my best to update this blog as much as possible but there's really not much going on in my life right now other than keeping an eye out for any job opportunities that are available.

I've got a little book of Sudoku and it's funny how addictive that puzzle can be, once I pick it up I can never stop haha!

The Christian Louboutin shoes Keira has in the picture on the left are gorgeous, I want them so badly. They're nothing special with their design but they're really classic and I just think they stunning! Now if only I had a job so I could buy them LOL!

Went swimming yesterday and I swear I saw a couple in the steam room doing something that they really should not have been doing when they were in a public place with people around that could see them doing said thing!!! I have to admit the snort and 'oh my god' that came out of my mouth wasn't the most composed way of dealing with the situation!

I'm very boring at the moment unfortunately so with a lack of anything else to say I'm going to stop this post here!!

Ooops!

Gah I've been awful at updating my blog, I apologise for that! It's all been because of the lack of computer use that I've not been online much, I've been keeping busy with exploring the grounds of our new home!

I'm currently watching Zoolander, that film is so weird yet funny at the same time. Talking of films, I've got Silence of the Lambs heading my way via my online rental service...eek! I blame you B!

Thought I'd update with a little picture of my favourite celebs each time I post just to make things a little more interesting. I love this picture of Boz, she's gorgeous!

The swimming costume I posted in the previous entry has had it's fair share of usage and is as lovely as I thought it would be which I'm glad about. Did a little shopping on Thursday which was nice, it's rather comforting knowing that no matter where you move in this country you can still find the same high street shops LOL! Topshop still continues to make me drool and wish I had endless amounts of cash to spend.

#01 ; With Me, by Sum 41: I fell in love with this song when I first heard it on Gossip Girl. It's got such a passionate chorus and for some reason I just love listening to it.

#02 ; I've Just Seen A Face, by Jim Sturgess: I'm pretty obsessed with 'Across the Universe' at the moment and this is one of my favourite songs from the soundtrack!

#03 ; Stay, by Lisa Loeb: Again another song from Gossip Girl, I seem to have a knack of loving the songs they have on that show haha!

#04 ; High, by James Blunt: I saw him playing this live at Glastonbury on the TV and fell in love with the song all over again, as much as people hate him I can't help but love his songs!

#05 ; Lost, by Michael Buble: I loved this song the very moment I heard it but to be honest I love everything Michael does, he owns my soul!

#06 ; Bad Day, by Alvin & The Chipmunks: LOL! Yes you may mock me but those chipmunks are the cutest things ever and listen to their little high pitched voices!

#07 ; Where Do We Go From Here, by The Cast of Buffy: One of my very favourite episodes on Buffy is the musical Once More, With Feeling. I thought Joss Wheadon did an amazing job with the songs etc and yeah it was so cool!

Hopefully I'll be able to get back into the habit of updating frequently again because it's fun doing this!

Home Sweet Home

So the sister left today and I'm just trying to catch up on everything online, there always seems so much more happening when I've been away for a while!

I've been enjoying looking at all the Keira pictures that have been online recently and hearing that Boz, Keira and Diane Kruger are all up for Teen Choice Awards nominations makes me happy, not if only we could guarantee they'd be there.

As you can probably see with my 'Most Recently Watched...' sidebar bit I am having a Buffy the Vampire Slayer marathon, it seems like I will never get bored of this show which I suppose is actually rather sad haha!

My sister wanted to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks when she was down (don't ask!) so we rented it out and those chipmunks are the cutest things ever, I want one for my own LOL!

I had a little Topshop spree over the weekend and decided to get a new swimming costume from there seeing as how we're going swimming every day now with the pool being right next door, also I got some high waisted linen trousers because I can't resist things like that! Thought I'd post a couple of pictures so you can see them for yourself:


Well I better be heading off to bed, it's getting later by the minute and I've got to be up early!

Leaving On A Jet Plane

Right just thought I'd pop in one last post before I head off to the airport.

I'll probably be M.I.A this week with my sister being down but I'll try to check in every now and then! We're going to try and keep her as entertained as possible but I'm sure there'll be a few spare minutes that I can come back and let you know how it's going.

Even though it's a small internal flight I still get excited when going on a plane haha, now if only it could jet off somewhere lovely like New York!

I'm looking forward to seeing little Ava too, being an Auntie is completely different to what I expected it to be! She's adorable and so smiley, I just have the urge to spoil her with lots of presents haha!!

I better go, don't want to get stuck behind traffic!

Well Here Goes!

First update, woohoo!

So hopefully I'll be able to post daily in here (internet permitting of course) because it seems like it'll be quite a fun little thing to do. That being said I've got to go and get my sister tomorrow (she won't fly on her own!) and she'll be with us all week so it might turn out that I have to delay the daily posting until next week.

Today has been probably the least eventful day of the week which is nice because it seems like it's been non-stop! Thankfully I've been able to just relax and not do much today other than catch up with friends etc, I'm so behind on my TV shows it's unreal and with the lack of TV channels here I guess that won't be changing any time soon, thank god for surfthechannel.com it's a godsend!

I'm listening to Twilight again on my mp3 player and I really do love that book, I'm trying to re-read/re-listen to all three books before August when Breaking Dawn comes out. The preview I've read of that book has made me even more excited than I thought I would be!!

Right I think my bath is nearly ready so toodle pip for now and I shall update again later no doubt!
